Full time Temporary Role (24 months rolling contract)

LANXESS UK is currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our multinational European Shared Services Customer function!

Reporting to one of our Team Leaders, you will work as part of an engaged and talented team creating vital business partnerships with external customers by understanding their specific needs of our national and international business customers!

You will have account ownership and be managing customer relationships for specific global key, major and target accounts!

Ideally you will have:

· A good command of English which is required and any other European Languages are highly desired (German preferred)

· Experience working in a business to business customer service and / or an order management role (chemicals or similar industry desirable)

· Strong communication and have great inter-personal skills (work in a multicultural environment),

· The ability to work without supervision and handle multiple priorities,

· An enthusiastic attitude enjoys learning and be a proactive team player

These things are great, but not essential:

· Proficient in SAP and MS Office package or similar software

· Work experience in manufacturing environment in customer facing roles,

· Previous experience of supply chain, logistic, international trade (export-import)
