Job Highlights
LANXESS SAS France is currently seeking a strong, motivated and talented individuals with the appropriate sales and technical experience for the position of Regional Sales Manager France - Material Protection Products portfolio (MPP BU) and Business Line ACD Biosecurity Solutions.
BL ACD Biosecurity Solutions is a dynamic and fast-paced business, positioned at the forefront of disease control in animal livestock production, offering premium disinfectants under the globally-renowned Virkon™, TH5™ and Aldekol™ brands.
Position is based remotely, in the North or East of France.
Key responsibilities:
Promote the products and develop sales with key accounts, prescribers and stakeholders in the animal production sectors: livestock organizations, feed manufacturers, producer groups, private veterinarians, livestock distributors, disinfectors, hatcheries;
Ensure the deployment of the company's global sales strategy in your area;
Design and lead commercial action plans in your sector adapted to key account customers: organization of information meetings, support for customers in their technical and commercial development and in the management of their turnover and their contractual commitments;
Actively participate in the sales team organization and in the life of the company, through meetings, fairs and other internal and external events
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
Master Degree in Chemistry, Degree in science, Bac+3/5 agro type training
Minimum 3 years of successful sales activities in the chemical industry or industries sector of biosecurity in pig/poultry farming
Excellent command of the French and Operational level of English is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
