LANXESS Spain is currently seeking strong, motivated, and talented individuals with the appropriate experience for the position of Internal Sales Representative Iberia.

 

Location: LANXESS Spain, World trade Center - Edifici Nord - planta 7aMoll de Barcelona s/n08039 Barcelona, ESoffice hybrid set up.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Develop strong working relationships with external customers. Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner. Support to the sales team updating prices, consumptions, order forecasts etc. Manage requests and offers & follow up to B & C customers. Direct contact with purchasers of A-customers for day-to-day business, handling and supervising sampling requests from customers

·         Plan and execute expedient and efficient processing of customer orders in the SAP system to ensure products are delivered to LANXESS customers on time and without problems following up the time-line execution until delivery and ensuring payment with the support of the Format tool

·         Manage freight cost surcharges & demurrage costs with customer + head quarter

·         Maintain customer messages and contact information in Customer Master Data records, notifying special customer requests and shipping arrangements, verifying price and incoterms on purchase orders

·         Constantly control existing customer master data in comparison with the customer documents and independent initiation of corrections in the master data system. Enter new customers in the MDS

·         Send product specific documentation like COA, Delivery notes, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, invoices and forwards it to customers in a timely and punctual manner

·         Registers customer complaints in IQOS with the corresponding documents and customer's requests. Closing claims sending final reports and & measures

·         Maintain daily and close contact to sales managers in the designated sales territory and proactively inform on customer issues, order cancellations, specific enquiries

·         Proactively seek information about customers’ needs 

·         Other tasks according to the request of the supervisor

 

Requirements

Requirements:

·         Good level of general education; a Bachelor´s degree, or professional degree in commerce, management, or equivalent;

·         2-3 years’ experience in a comparable role in the supply chain and customer service sectors in a global setting;

·         You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal, writing skills, and your thoroughness in complying with commercial regulations;

·         You have sense of thoroughness, initiative and ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced matrix environment;

·         You are solution-focused with a simple and practical approach when executing;

·         Native Spanish, Fluent language skills in English, German would be an advantage;

·         You are familiar with the Office Package, and have knowledge of SAP SD & MM software;

·         Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail;
